3. You will be notified if you are a contest finalist and invited to perform your entry at the Mass Manifestation event
CONTEST DYNAMICS
Compose your Poetic Libretto consistent to these guidelines:
1. Your Poetic Libretto must be 8, 12, or 16 8 1/2" x 11" pages in a Word file
2. The first page should include in this order: a title, your name, and a photo
3. Place an original photo (which may be altered) above or below each of your poems
